Webcampus: free online courses for UFCW members!

UFCW 1518 members can now access a variety of educational courses for no cost through the UFCW Canada webCampus program.

"This is a great opportunity for the union's members to access a nice mix of online courses at absolutely no charge," says Ivan Limpright, President of UFCW 1518. "We're always looking for cost-effective ways to expand educational opportunities for our members, and the webCampus program is a good, practical way for our members to access courses when it's convenient for them."

There are a number of different courses available under the topics of:

• Food & Retail
• Labour Education
• Health & Safety
• Personal Computing

The webCampus program is an initiative of the UFCW Canada national office, and union members simply need to go through a brief online registration process to access the courses.
