PriceSmart Members: submit your contract proposals online!

The union is now gathering member’s proposals on improvements PriceSmart members would like to see to the PriceSmart contract.

Proposal forms have already been mailed to all members, and you can also now submit your proposals online! (See below)

“The members’ input and their proposals are central to what we are going to be negotiating for at the bargaining table,” says Ivan Limpright, President of UFCW 1518, “and I want to continue encouraging each and every member from PriceSmart to submit their proposals.”

The Union and Overwaitea will enter into negotiations for revisions to the PriceSmart Collective Agreement after March 31, 2010.

Please submit all proposals by February 12, 2010.

When completing the online proposals form, please note that you must fill out and complete the form where it asks for your name and store number.

In addition, please identify the Section number of the Collective Agreement to which the proposal applies should be noted if known.
