February webCampus courses now running: free online courses for UFCW members!

February webCampus online courses are now running, and UFCW 1518 members can access these online computer and education courses for no cost through the UFCW Canada webCampus program.

"The webCampus courses give union members a nice mix of online courses at absolutely no charge," says Ivan Limpright, President of UFCW 1518. "It’s a great value for members, and a cost-effective way to expand educational opportunities for members as well. The webCampus program is a good, practical way for our members to access courses when it's convenient for them."

There are a number of different courses available under the topics of:

• Food & Retail
• Labour Education
• Health & Safety
• Personal Computing

The webCampus program is an initiative of the UFCW Canada national office, and union members simply need to go through a brief online registration process to access the courses.
