Pharm Techs Not Paid Entitled Wage

The union recently held an investigation that proved Pharmacy Technicians at Overwaitea Foods/Save-On stores were not being hired on at their entitled wage.

The union advocated on behalf of UFCW 1518 Pharm Techs at Save-On Foods, Overwaitea Foods, Script Care, and any PriceSmart Foods members who are former Save-On members at a Mediation-Arbitration last September.

At this Mediation-Arbitration, a minimum salary for these members was awarded by Mediator Vince Ready. However, the employer has still been paying members a lower wage rate.  

Any Pharm Tech making less than $13.25 an hour needs to contact their Union Representative immediately (please provide your name and workplace) so the union can work to fix this problem and get Pharm Techs their proper wage. If you are not sure who your Union Rep is, please click here.
