Safeway’s Peoplesoft System Affects Members’ T4 Slips

Safeway’s Peoplsoft payroll system has had another “glitch”. It appears that if you were age 30 or more on July 28, 2009, it may be necessary that Safeway will have to issue you a new, amended T4.

The new statement is being issued because the T4 just issued does not reflect the correct contributions participating members made by payroll deductions.  

Each Safeway store will receive a list with all the affected members’ names on it so please go to your store manager immediately to ensure you are not one of these members.

Should you discover any errors or omissions please ask your Store Manager to have the problem addressed immediately.
