Health Care Voice-Mail Malfunction being Fixed

The union is experiencing difficulty with the voice-mail system on the Health Care phone line but the problem should be fixed soon as Telus is currently working on it.

We want to apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing any Health Care members. During this time Health Care members can e-mail Teresa Cairns at tcairns@ufcw1518.com or call the union’s head office at 1-800-661-3708 to have a message forwarded until the problem is fixed.

For those who have left a voice-mail in the past week and have not heard back from the Health Care department, please call back as they are having trouble accessing messages that have been left already as well.

We will advise Health Care members via the union’s website when the phone lines are up and running again.
