Celebrate PRIDE With MultiUnion At Vancouver’s Pride Parade And Festival

July 27, 2010

Join MultiUnion Pride this Sunday, August 1rst, at Vancouver’s Pride Parade and Festival. The parade starts at 12 pm noon, but you’ll want to come early so you can meet other Union activists that have joined together to celebrate and make a difference with PRIDE.

The march starts at Robson and Bute Street, moves along Robson to Denman, continuing down Denman to Beach Avenue, and finishes at Jervis Street.

The theme for this year’s Pride Parade is LiberateFocusing on what it means to be free. – www.vancouverpride.ca.

The UFCW 1518 membership represents the diversity and freedom we see in our communities. We see this diversity wherever we go, especially within our workplace. Welcoming all spectrums of people allows us to make both working and non-working relationships stronger and more harmonious.
